*All Raiders must have the following to be considered for the raid:
1. The appropriate gear-score for survivability in ICC10
2. All gear gem'ed and enchanted. (no low level gems or chants please)
3. Understanding of all boss encounters and workings of ICC10
4. Vent & appropriate raid add-ons.
5. Must be able to pull appropriate numbers for their class and gear-score. (DPS, HPS, Threat/Survivability)**
